Puddles Splash Water Play Park

Frequently Asked Questions

We will be open from 11:30am to 5:30pm (last admission 4:30pm) on days when the weather permits. These times are weather dependant and we may have to open later / close earlier should the weather change. (Please check our webpage page and our Google profile for latest updates).

Admission is for 1 hour.

Admission is £8 per child for 1 hours play. Adults are 50p. Only children aged 11 and under can go onto the splash pad.

Due to being an outdoor water based attraction that depends on nice weather to open; we are unable to offer advance bookings. We would not want to let any of our customers down who had booked and we then have to refund due to being unable to open on a particular day.

We have lots of picnic bench seating and we operate a 1 family in / 1 family out policy when we reach capacity – which doesn’t happen often.

Children should wear appropriate swimwear / wet clothes and suitable footwear. Younger children who are not fully toilet trained MUST wear swimming nappies.

Also please don’t forget sun cream – the area is in the sun from 11:30am (it is unsafe for us to install parasols due to gusting costal winds)

We sell a range of hot and cold drinks, pizzas, chips and ice creams. Due to risks of water contamination and locla wildlife problems, we ask that customers do not bring any food, drinks or picnics with them when they visit.

We offer a combo ticket for Puddles and for Bubbles World of Play which can be purchased from the Puddles Admission. These tickets allow 1 hour entry to Puddles followed by 2 hours entry to Bubbles (Please ensure you arrive prior to 3pm to ensure you get your full admission as Bubbles closes at 6pm).

Unfortunately for Health & Safety and Insurance reasons; only children aged 11 and under are able to go onto the splash pad. This is something out of our control and we are unable to make any exceptions sorry.

Parking is located along the coastal road in New Brighton and within the Marine Point car parks. Our pedestrian entrance is located on the prom between Bubbles World of Play and the small model boating area.

Our splash pad and seating areas are in the sun from 11:30am. We previously tried installing parasols however due to strong gusting coastal winds they were too dangerous.

Please ensure you have adequate sun cream. We deliberately limit our session times to 1 hours to reduce the risk of sun exposure.

We are only a few minutes walk from the other New Brighton attractions including the beach (majority of people visiting the beach walk past us on the way to the beach). We are also a short walk from the Train Station – simply turn left out of the train station, walk down the hill to the prom and turn left again
